The Arista Family Support hub provides program information and links to support. It does not collect assessment answers, display client information, or include advertising or retargeting pixels.
Family assessments
The assessment buttons take you to Microsoft Forms. Information you submit there is handled by the family support program in that service. This website cannot access, change, or delete your answers.
Email and meeting links
Email links open your email app. Use email for scheduling and general questions; please avoid sending private clinical details. Weekly meetings take place on Microsoft Teams. Ask family support if you need help joining.
Questions about your information
Contact familysupport@aristarecovery.com for questions about who can access your assessment, the program’s privacy practices, or how to stop family support calls.
Conversations about your loved one’s care
The team can listen and provide general education. Sharing details about your loved one’s treatment depends on appropriate permission and guidance from the care team.
